Forestry Consultants
As I was searching for a job online, I came upon several listed as “forestry consultants needed.” After further thought, research, and a realization that my degree in ecological sciences may be a great background for me, I responded to that job search. Apparently they were in dire need of forestry consultants in areas where there are national parks, hundreds of miles of trees, and in other wilderness areas.
The interview process went smoothly and I was hired after four separate interviews. I joined a team of eight forestry consultants, and on the first day on the job I found that all of them were forestry veterans and were eager to help me learn. I was totally ecstatic that my job allowed me to interact with such great, hardworking men. My fellow forestry consultants helped me realize my passion for working in the trees, saving wildlife, and promoting healthy tree-lined areas. I will forever be grateful for that team of men who showed me how to love my job.
Now, as a part of the seasoned forestry consultants, I have the opportunity to share that love and passion with younger forestry consultants, just joining our business. It is a wonderful thing!
